This location will afford you a
good look at the special geology at the head of Chivo Canyon.

Califonia, (SIC) is located down there. Also, if you look to
the N/E, you can see part of the trail that one has to take to
get to get to
Trogdoor's Shovel.
Watch out for critters, especially
when flipping over flat rocks.

 Up early this AM with Bear Walking to get the new caches, do some cache maintenance and place some new caches. Nice day, great view from the top. Now we will head down to the canyon floor. All is well with this cache. SL, TFTC .... Happy Caching.......

Whew. I was so glad to have made it down from Trogdor's in one piece that I didn't mind breaking the string of finds. I hadn't really expected to anyway, what with GeoCraig's previous DNF. Lots of burrowing activity in the area —I wonder if a local resident absconded with it?
