The party will start at 4:00pm and end around 8:00pm. This is my first geocaching outdoor event I've hosted and I wanted to include the all the elements I enjoy; Smooth Jazz, Geocaching, Ziplining and BBQing. Well, I love to golf, but my backyard isn't big enough for a golf course!

Update: As of 7/7/11 we have about 42 adults and 16 kids, please bring lawn chairs or something to sit on the grass with for eating and the smooth jazz concert. The zipline could handle 200 pounds or more, however I currently have it setup for kids about 100 pounds or less. In the currently configuration a 200 pound person would almost drag on the ground, so that won't work. It's starts at about 13ft and drops to 7ft, over a 90 foot span and the kids 100 pounds or less maybe hang 2 to 3 feet down from the existing setup and will be harnessed in. So if way about 100 pounds or less, you are good to go !

As far as food goes, I will provide the meat for the BBQ and drinks. Everyone can bring a side dish to share.
We will have geocaching games and a 100 foot zipline setup for the kids. Of course your standard FTF and raffle prizes will also be happening also.
My wife and I will play a live mini smooth jazz concert for entertainment. My wife plays keyboards and I play saxophones.
Please RSVP with the number of people you are bringing and what food you are bringing, so I can plan the meat and drinks. Consider bringing a lawn chair to sit in. I have about 15 chairs, but that may not be enough, if we have a large party. Please let me know, if you want to donate raffle prizes.
