People usually start arriving any time after 5:30 PM. New people are always welcome! Please wear a name tag with your caching name and first name. Be sure to sign the log book.
This is a continuously running event, so after you have posted your "attended" log, please delete your "will attend" log and any notes for dropping TBs. Also be sure to take advantage of Groundspeak's "visited" feature for trackables that are limited to tracking your personal miles or be available for discovery only.

New for 2012: It looks like a new trend is developing in NE OH involving the popularity of over-sized travel bugs that won't fit into the majority of cache containers. If you bring such a TB to a SRTC event, please take it back home with you if someone doesn't agree to take it with them at the end of the evening. Thank you very much.
