Geocache Description:

Please re cover as found. Pull-in parking is available just past GZ or at the end of this lane at the turning circle. Or you start your circular walk from the Tan y Bwlch car park. Please bring your own pen. Please take all necessary precautions while walking in this narrow lane, which is used by walkers, joggers and cyclists.

The cache sits just above the River Ystwyth as it nears its journey's end to the sea from its source high in the Cambrian Mountains, some 20 miles inland to the east. You get a lovely view across the Tan Y Bwlch flood plain to the cliff face of Pen y Bwlch. Pendinas Monument towering above you on the hill. The public footpath on the opposite bank of the Ystwyth can be used to make a lovely circular walk /ride to find more caches. You are looking for a small pot container. Please bring a pen to sign the logbook. This cache is located on Route 81 of the National Cycle Network (the NCN). To find out about the NCN and Sustrans, who developed it, check out their website.
