CHALLENGING CACHE
WARNING!
For some cachers, this could be considered a
terrain 5, for others, it's an easy "walk", but for most, it will
be a challenge. This cache is not for the faint of heart, it
involves climbing to precarious heights, and there is a very real
chance that you could get hurt. Special equipment is NOT required
to reach the cache container, but if you doubt your abilities or
are acrophobic, you may want to use some sort of safety
protection.
LOGGING
REQUIREMENTS
The challenge of this cache is to
actually reach the container, not having your buddy sign your name!
In order to claim a find for this cache, you need to physically
touch the cache container in its hiding place and sign the
logbook.EACH MEMBER of a caching group
MUST SIGN INDIVIDUALLY! Obviously, posting
photos of you actually signing the cache, and any other hilarious
shenanigans are always appreciated.
The cache is a camouflage taped PET
Preform hidden about 2 Artys up a tree in a tangle of trees. The
container has been secured to the tree to ensure it does not fall
out. Do not tamper with the attachment mechanism, or your log will
be removed!
There is absolutely NO need to step foot on any private property
that may be nearby. Should it be proven that you have done so, your
log will be removed.
Note: We found
this treehouse during the BT Hike Event [GCZZZ2], and it really has
nothing to do with this cache.
NOTES:
Climbing required, hope you're not
afraid of heights!
Bring a buddy... Never climb alone!
Winter friendly, but ice could be an issue.
