After scorin' a find on Navtech and SkyEagle's nearby cache

We were on our way to the next one when we noticed the "Witness".
We stopped and figured we'ld put out another double smiley cache.
While the "witness" says its a NGS marker, when we got home, we could not find the Benchmark listed.
(We don't know why.)
So, no double smiley for this one.

Please do not disturb the marker.
