THE COORDINATES ABOVE ARE BOGUS!!
There are probably some of you that have heard of Gnasty the Gnome. Some of you have probably been lucky enough to meet him if you have done A Gnome’s Tale (GCT7EY). This cache involves a close relative of his named Gnorm. Although Gnorm is Gnasty’s cousin, the two gnomes are alike in only one way, they both live in solitude. Gnorm has none of Gnasty’s worst features: He isn’t selfish or rude. He doesn’t play practical jokes on people. And he is almost always in a good mood. Why then does Gnorm have to live in solitude? Therein lies our story.
Gnorm was always a pleasant fellow, friendly, outgoing, polite, considerate and an attentive host. However, Gnorm was easily the most positively boring gnome in the history of the planet. He was obsessed with puzzles and numbers. Every discussion led to them eventually. He would drone on for hours about ciphers and codes, mathematics, physics, about the Euclidian metric and non-Euclidian geometry, Einstein’s Theory of Relativity, anti-matter, juxtapositions and oxymorons, reciting non-repeating decimals for hours on end, using circular logic that generated momentum until it became a black hole that sucked in anything that might be remotely interesting. Gnorm was oblivious to the boredom of his guests of course, and eventually he ceased to have visitors. Then one day, he disappeared.
Know one knows what happened to Gnorm, but he left behind a clue that was to lead some lucky kindred spirit to the treasure that Gnorm hid. Decipher the clue below if you can, and you may be fortunate enough to discover the location of his treasure trove. If you manage to solve the riddle, perhaps you should look inward. Are you often left alone? Do you find that people you used to see frequently are suddenly much to busy to make time for you anymore? Do people often fall asleep during long conversations with you? When you bring up certain things that are fascinating to you, do others often change the subject? Perhaps you are too far gone down the path of becoming much too involved with puzzles or numbers (or maybe you are just obsessed with American Idol). Are you a bore? (Just wondering…).
The treasure is rumored to be guarded by Gnorm’s cat, a magnificent tabby that isn’t at all skittish around people. The area nearby is very child friendly, even if the mystery is not.

Congrats to dittydaddy on FTF, and thanks to him for pointing out a couple of typographical errors in the code.
(The hint below regards the finding of the cache, not the solving of the puzzle.)
