SerenityNow: Oops, we actually checked on this one a few days ago when we were in the area checking on our Dick Cheney cache. The cache is definitely gone and we decided not to replace it. Thanks to everyone who came out to hunt it.

Geocache Description:

The rare black squirrels were imported from Canada in February 1961. Today they own the Kent State campus. There is even a Black Squirrel Festival at the Student Center Plaza each year since 1981.

Another of my quick dashes to hide a cache while my owners, Tom & Anna Mary were preoccupied. Keep your eyes open in this area down the street from Kent State and you might see one of the famous Kent Black Squirrels. I LOVE CHASING THEM! This cache was originally placed for the Fragglestock: Peace, Love & SerenityNow event on September 9, 2006.
