I guess it's a fairly obvious location if you think about it, so I don't want to say too much. There are a number of different ways to approach the cache, all of them involving some fairly strenuous climbing. Fitness-depending, you'll need to allow a good few hours for the round-trip.
The cache is named for a legend of how the mountain it is on got it's name. Check out (visit link) if you're interested (but only do it after you've found the cache if you're trying to avoid getting too many clues).
[I used the Geocache Rating Wizard to get the difficulty/terrain ratings. Then I noticed that Push and Shove is rated a 4 for terrain. This cache is more strenuous than Push and Shove, and depending on your route, at least equally rough. So be warned!]
