Rumor has it that the famed pirate hunter Bill Ling chased the cache pirate Mad Morty McVane into this here arrea, wharr he encountered a formidable force o' pirate hunters travelin' in their land yachts. The treasure which ye seek be a rather small quantity, but highly valuable. It be buried in such a manner that it blends in well with the environment.
