This is my very first cache, so i wanted to make it a good one!!!
the container is a .30 cal ammo box labeled "cache twentytwo" the
original contents are
1.) a log book, pencil and sharpener (of course)
2.) a disposable camera (for successful cachers to take a pic of
themselves, or their group)
3.) a travel bug (my first)
4.)a lotto scratcher
5.) 2 packs of baseball cards
6.) a deck of playing cards, with poker chips
7.) a pack of glowing light sticks
8.) a small barrel of monkeys
9.) an angels championship flag
10.) a rubber bouncy ball
11.) a small toy yo-yo
12.) novelty notepads, and pencils
13.) a hawaiian flower necklace
14.) a raiders keychain
15.) a bulls key chain
This is a very nice hike, and on weekends there may be quite a few
people on this trail, so, to try to avoid getting this cache
muggled i hid it in a place a little off the "beaten path". There
is 2 ways to get to this cache from the main trail, the most direct
route will make you walk through about 20-30 yards of slightly
overgrown trail (depending on the time of year) the 2nd way takes
you a little out of the way and requires a little "creative hiking"
but it keeps you on rock and out of the weeds. this is the way we
got to the cache site for the first time, and the way i recommend
during snake season...Happy hunting!!!
