Monkeys = not scary (although there is Pithikosophobia)
Squirrels = also not scary (surprisingly there is Sciurophobia)
The squirrel monkeys are the New World monkeys of the genus Saimiri. They are the only genus in the subfamily Saimirinae. The name of the genus Saimiri is of Tupi origin and was also used as an English name by early researchers.
The crown lineage of the extant squirrel monkeys appears to have diverged around (C).(E) million years ago.
Squirrel monkeys grow from (A)5 to (B)5 cm long, plus a 35 to 42 cm tail. Male squirrel monkeys weigh (G)50 to 11(D)0 g. Females weigh 500 to 750 g. They are equipped with a long and hairy tail, flat nail, small hallux and curved, pointed claws.

While I am not local to this area, I visit it two weekends a month and can do any needed maintenance that comes up during that time.
