This
is a "10 Years!" Event!
On
May 1, 2000 President Bill Clinton announced that at precisely 12
midnight GPS Selective Availability would be turned off. This would
give the civilian GPS user 10 times more accuracy. Little did he
know that an outdoor sport would soon emerge and celebrate in
conjunction this May with it's 10 year
anniversary.
Let's eat a lunch together in a Yoyogi park
