The biggest dot of them all...

Welcome to Feather Island! This is the first of three similar caches in the Loch Raven Reservoir. For this one, a boat is a MUST. No swimming is allowed and it'd be a pretty long one anyway.

Thus, you can rent a motorboat at the nearby fishing center for around 25 dollars, or a paddle boat for 15. With the motor it'll take you about 45 minutes to reach this secluded spot. After words, try to find the others.

This message from Baltimore City Government:
You MUST rent a boat for this cache - boats that are not specifically permitted to go on the City of Baltimore Reservoirs *only* are strictly forbidden, and the boater could be ticketed or their boat seized. There are Watershed Rangers out and on patrol. The reason for all of this (i.e. needing a special permit for going on the CoB reservoirs) is to prevent zebra mussel infestation - which can ruin the pipelines for the reservoirs, if they're introduced by foreign boats.
