Tom873: We received information that this cache my have gone missing. It seems that the flash floods from Hurricane Irene have washed the ammo can away. The area is now a mud bog littered with large logs from a nearby tree clearing operation. NOT a fun place to be. Due to the risk of future flooding we must say goodbye to DUD the SPUD.

Geocache Description:

We would take our English Bulldog, "DUDLEY" to this park and take him for short walks. If you know anything about Bulldogs, ALL walks are short. He has since passed away and we wanted to place this cache for him.

The cache is a .30 cal ammo can not far from Northwestern ave. Muggle factor is very, very high depending on time of day. The area can get a little muddy so sandals arn't recommended.

This is a great little park and has something for everyone. Pack a lunch, watch the horses, throw rocks in the creek. Find a shady spot and take a nap in honor of "Dud the Spud" who slept 23 1/2 hours a day.
