It's A Toss Up Traditional Cache
Queens Blessing: Archiving this one; the area is very busy and will become more busy with the development in the area. I'll archive for now and maybe a new cache can be put in the area that is less muggle-sensitive.
Thanks to all who came to log this cache! I've enjoyed reading the logs.

Flat, easy terrain, with a nice broad sidewalk, and a bus stop very close by.
The cache is small, camoflaged and located in a dark location. It contains a log book and pencil; bring only small trading items/travel bugs. There are always children playing in this location, but they don't seem to notice much, so don't worry about them. I would worry more about the bugs, because there are a LOT of them here! (probably attracted to the river that is not far away, or the nearby lights).
BONUS NOTE:
If you also log BENCHMARKS, the boarded-up white church across the street from the cache is currently listed as Benchmark #RD2755 (it is scheduled to be a highlight of the new Fred Meyer complex to be built here soon).
The statues and bug-themed tiles that you see from this geocache can be logged as WAYMARKS you have found. (Requirement is to post a photo of the art). (see WM42X4, WM42WQ, WM42WC)
BENCHMARKS are logged on geocaching.com and WAYMARKS are logged on WAYMARKING.COM (links from this geocaching page)
