Der Aufschluß zeigt Bestandteile vom kristallinen Unterbau des sogenannten "Ruhlaer Sattels". Der gangförmig in den Glimmerschiefer (rechte Steinbruchseite) eingedrungene Magmatit, - der sogen. "Thaler Granitporphyr" (Steinbruchmitte) entstand im Erdaltertum vor mehr als 300 Mill. Jahren. Durch den gewaltigen Druck eines ehemals darüber liegenden Gebirges erhielt das Gesteinsgefüge eine schieferige Struktur. Beantworte mir folgende Frage: Wie bezeichnet man die eingelagerten Quarze?
