vsetko1: Zda sa, ze cache prisla nie len o nadobu, ale aj o raison d'etre. Na dialnici z Malaciek nas najprv prekvapili chybajuce navestia a nasledne zabarikadovany vyjazd z/na dialnice/u. Preco k tomu doslo nevieme, v kazdom pripade cache sa uz neda hladat cestou po dialnici, a preto ju archivujeme. Dakujeme za vsetky navstevy.

Kamenny mlyn je zname dialnicne odpocivadlo na ceste medzi Malackami a Bratislavou. Pozostava z viacerych objektov.

Objekt Vinaren je zo vsetkych najstarsi, na trame pod drevenym oblozenim je vyrezany rok 1837. Byvaly zajazdny hostinec - cesta viedla medzi vinarnou a starym mlynom - bol poslednou vymennou stanicou koni grofa Palfyho pred Bratislavou.

Neskor objekt terajsej vinarne sluzil majitelom ako ubytovanie a zaroven ako hostinec az do roku 1955. V roku 1955 bola vinaren i s celým arealom znarodnena. Od roku 1955 az do roku 1991 vinaren prevadzkovala Jednota spotrebne druzstvo i s protilahlym Mlynom, ktory rodina Vajarskych pouzivala na mletie obilnin pre okolitu verejnost. V roku 2000 Mlyn vyhorel.

V areali Kamenneho mlyna dnes okrem restauracie a penzionu najdete aj minigolf a velky bazen. Bohuzial, ten je uz par rokov v havarijnom stave a nepouziva sa. Aj ked areal za poslednych ca. 10 rokov dost spustol, pravidelne sa tu konaju akcie ako napriklad vystavy psov, stretnutia automobilistov, ci najznamejsia akcia - junovy hudobny festival Country Mlyn (www.countrymlyn.sk).

Prosime vas, budte pri vyberani a vracani kesky nenapadni a vratte ju presne na miesto, odkial ste ju vybrali. Jej buducnost je vo vasich rukach.

Upozornenie! Z dialnice sa ku keske dostanete jedine zo smeru DO Bratislavy. Z opacneho smeru pristup nie je. Na obojstranny bezproblemovy prijazd mozete zvolit staru cestu medzi Bratislavou a Malackami. Stara cesta je zaroven jedina mozna pre cyklistov.

Kamenny mlyn is a popular highway rest-stop between the town of Malacky and the city of Bratislava. It's a set of several buildings, some of them of historical significance. There used to be a mill and an inn.

Today you can find here not just a restaurant and a guesthouse but also a minigolf facility and a large swimming pool. The latter is unfortunately out of order for a few years. Although the whole facility looks a bit scruffy these days, every year it accomodates lots of events like dog exhibitions, meetings of old cars fans and most importantly every June there's Country mlyn, a musical festival (www.countrymlyn.sk).

Please be extremely cautious and discreet when retrieving and rehiding the cache and put it on the very same place from where you have taken it. Its future is in your hands.

Attention! From the highway you can reach the cache only on your way TO Bratislava. There's no access to it from the opposite direction. For a troublefree access from both directions you may use the old road between Malacky and Bratislava. The old road is also the only option for bikers.
