Droo: Sounds like the ammo can that made up this cache has absconded and recent cachers are logging finds to the bush it was hidden under... that's not the way this game is played so I'm archiving the cache. 18 years was a pretty good run. Thanks for the fun.

Geocache Description:

This is a coastal theme cache. A hop skip and a jump from the beach. Difficulty only relates to walking on soft pack.

The theme of this cache is TRAVEL.
  • "Oh, the places you will go."
Lotsa goodies with that in mind.Parking to get to this spot may cost you $4 or you park before you get to the lady who'd deprive you of your cash, in the name of "Arnold" she said.The location is ideal for a picnic... that's what Trekcacher and I did... for bird watching or just a semi deserted walk on the beach... Don't wander off too far to the north or your peace will definitely be ruined.
BTW, great care went into acquiring the goodies in the cache. Please be considerate of the next round of folks who'll be looking for the cache and hoping to find similarly fun stuff as YOU have just found. I don't get up here much to replenish the swag.
