Three part multi starting around Helen and finishing in a National Forest.

Here is how to find 'aaa' and bbb':
aaa: The listed coordinates are for the first stage. Here you will find a plaque. Add 436 to 'l+w+h' to get aaa.
bbb: Stage two is at: 34º 42.059; 083º 43.290. Here you will see a sign that says "GENERAL PARK RULES" in large letters, and right above that is the following sentence: "To Reserve Park for an event, call Helen City Hall at 706-878-2###" Take the last 3 digits of that phone number and add 41.
With these two numbers, you can locate the cache. It is on a Forest Service Road, but can be driven by any vehicle. Very popular trout fishing stream. Be sure to see the nearby waterfalls - they are quite good.
