This is a small camoed lock & lock with log book inside.
We have been coming up to this area for 10 years now every September for our Moose hunt and doing the caches that pop up each year. I have been wanting to hide some caches for the last few yearswhile I was here but never did get the chance, so I made sure I got the chance this year. I have added trailhead coordinates to this one but you can come in from the other end also, this is just the closest point from the main road. The last few years that we have been coming up, we have been driving this trail and stopping at the cabin for lunch. This is a great cabin that was built and is maintained by the ski-doo club. They keep it stocked with firewood and other items you would need if you had to spend the night in the bush. It is also a great spot for anyone that just wants to stop for lunch.
