krisandtim were First to Find on December 23rd 2007 congratulations!

The word Solstice is from Latin and means "sun stand still". The Winter Solstice is the shortest day of the year and happens at exactly 6:08 am on Dec 22nd 2007. (How appropriate - my favorite caching time). Our family celebrates this day as a time for reflection on what light we will bring each other as the days slowly start to get longer and lighter. Happy Winter Solstice! Cache includes $20 FTF prize, Olympic pin and some semi-precious gem stones.
