Fourth installment of a series of caches to lead to the wonders of Griffith Park.
How much do I love caching in Griffith Park? Well, apparently a bunch and I want to share the joy with you.

This series of seven caches leads you up the fireroads of the south side of the park. This area was fortunately undamaged by the 2007 fire, but I noticed a lot of caches have been archived over the years.

Cache is a cammoed large pill bottle tube.

Be sure to check out GOOGLE MAPS SATELLITE IMAGES, to see how the nearby area was devastated by the fire.

Found with Boysue after a long hike up. Molly and her dogs joined us for the trip down ans we made a quick stop at the Wishing Tree. If you see it, you'll know what I am talking about. Thanks for a great trail of caches and we look forward to going back for more.

Every time I look at the map of my unfound caches, those at Griffith Park stand out strong. So, I decided to grab some of them today. Someone (name withheld) told me that they were accessible by bicycle, so I brought my bike. Two things: (1) bikes are not allowed on many of the trails, which is a good thing because, (2) I'm not a good enough rider any longer to be able to negotiate some of the hills. There was a lot of horse traffic and after it passed, I began to look for the cache, I saw something I was going to use as a TOTT to help me look, but as I grabbed it, I spotted the cache.

Fourth and last find of our day. Thank you for all of the wonderful caches in the area! I did not see the travel bug in here, it looks like it is missing.
