Does the Trolley Stop Here ?
The Chincoteague Island Trolley, "The Pony
Express" has many stops throughout the Island.
This series of caches is designed to get the
Vacation cacher around the Island to see new sights they may have
not known about or seen before. Enjoy your stay !!
The caches you seek won't be hard to find, take
the time to enjoy exploring the Island while adding some numbers
and Smiley's to your list.
This trolley stop is located outside the
Chincoteague Pony Centre, along Chicken City Road.
If your desire is to see and interact with some
of the Island Ponies, take a break here. The Ponies spend their
days inside the corral and are very friendly. BUT caution as like
all horses they due tend to knip at your hands while being
petted.
Parking is provided in the large lot when the
center is open, otherwise this cache will have to be reached by
walking or biking. The cache is located outside the center
area.
This cache is not a standard DTSH ? cache style,
but it can be found inside the square at the Trolley
Stop
Please replace as found or better to keep the
Ponies from chomping on it. No room for a pen so BYOP
