Located in the Elks Brox Park in historic Port Jervis. The area has amazing views, including one of the Tri State area. This cache is a ammo can with the usual items inside. The bounce back can be fustrating during summer monts, so you need to use your Geo senses. Bring a acmera for some area pictures.
