Take Rte 4West from Rutand, exit 5. Bear right to Hubbarton. 7 Miles up take left onto St. John Rd., take your first left and continue straight until you get to a field to park. People have expressed that the yellow trail is too hard and dangerous but others were fine. the red trail was suggested a few times. If you pass Japanese Garden Overlook you are almost there.
This is an ammo box decorated with Janis Joplin pix in her memory, "The Pearl". Get It While You Can is painted in yellow on the box. It contains various goodies like a VHS Rollerball movie, stuffed animals, fridge magnets, keychains, a mini abacus, more I can't recall and a fabulous royal blue and black Y2K Travel Bug that wants to head North all the way from California!!! As you enter the driveway to park, stop and pickup a map out of the box and meet the gentleman that owns the 400 acres of land and put in a beautiful Japanese Garden you will see on your way! He is a delight!
