A series of 40 caches set to commemorate Hubblegardner reaching 4000 caches. One cache for every 100 finds.
Time to acknowledge HG for his ideas. It is HG who comes up with or, after research chooses an apt phrase for, the names of the Fife food events and their associated cache series e.g. Jagged Chaos, Scroop Octothorpe, Hysterical Eruptions, Rough Wooing, Knobbly Roots. Only a Hairbrained Genius could select those surely? He is also responsible for naming the nearby Melting Mouth series to the south. And his Hairbrained Geniusness doesn’t end there for he thinks up plans and schemes that we could do, some unfeasible, some do-able, but all of which are worth considering. You never know quite what he’s going to come up with next to occupy us. Keep up your Hairbrained Genius HG – we might tease you about it but secretly we do really love how your mind works
