Could be a park-and-find, but the hide might be difficult and muggle-some. Parking is very close on weekends or after 5pm, otherwise might be tricky. I would suggest doing this one after "Blue Heaven" cache.
It may require some stealth. Please do not park on the side of the road near the cache, there is a parking lot and proper on-road parking if you circle around.
This is a real tricky area to get a solid GPS fix. Hint is a giveaway.
