Geocache Description:

Elements Four - FIRE Control

Centuries ago,the science of chemistry, as we know it, did not exist. It was the age of alchemy. One of the main theories of alchemy was the theory of the four elements. This theory supposed that all substances were made by combining different mixtures of just four elements. These elements are AIR, EARTH, FIRE and WATER. For hundreds of years, alchemists tried to change ordinary metals into gold. They never succeeded, but in their quest, they invented many useful devices and techniques that became the foundation for the study of modern chemistry.

This cache is one of a series of four mystery/puzzle caches. The cache is a small container with a log and pencil and very small swag. The coordinates above are not the location of the cache. The cache site has a view of the Bayport Fire Department. Do not disturb the plantings. The actual coordinates can be deciphered by consulting the ladybugs below.
