How Geocaching Works
Here is your chance to log a cache and a benchmark at the same time. You are looking for an army green matchstick container, and if you find it, you will also find Benchmark “NK0723”. There is a convenient short-term parking spot just south of the cache, an approach to the adjacent field. Bring your own pencil.
Sign the log and replace the cache, then take a picture of the benchmark. Online you can log your visit to the cache, then go to “Find A Benchmark” on geocaching.com, enter the benchmark code (NK0723) into the search area labeled “By Point ID (PID):”, log the benchmark, and upload your photo.
