Wacky Races was a cartoon series from Hanna-Barbera productions about a group of 11 different cars racing against each other with each driver hoping to win the title of the "World's Wackiest Racer.” The series was inspired by the movies, Monte Carlo or Bust (AKA Those Daring Young Men in their Jaunty Jalopies) and The Great Race. The series debuted in 1968 and ran until 1970. Seventeen episodes were produced, each featuring two different races, for a total of 34 races in all.

The racers included, Dick Dastardly and Muttley in The Mean Machine, The Slag Brothers in The Bouldermobile, The Gruesome Twosome in The Creepy Coupe, Professor Pat Pending in The Convert-a-car, Red Max in The Crimson Haybailer, Penelope Pitstop in The Compact Pussycat, Sergeant Blast & Private Meekly in The Army Surplus Special, The Ant Hill Mob in The Bulletproof Bomb, Luke & Blubber Bear in The Arkansas Chuggabug, Peter Perfect in The Turbo Terrific, and Rufus Ruffcut and Sawtooth in The Buzz Wagon.

Attempting to foil the racers' efforts was the show's villain Dick Dastardly and his sidekick Muttley the dog. Dastardly would come up with all sorts of crazy schemes to stop, wreck, or blow up the other racers, only to see them backfire spectacularly. In fact many of Dastardly's plots look very similar to those used by the Coyote in the Warner Bros. Road Runner episodes.

Hopefully Dastardly and Muttley won’t foil your plans to reach the finish line, for it is Dastardly and Muttley you must find to get the coordinates to the finish line and the Wacky Races, “Trophy Cache!”

To find the Coordinates to Wacky Races “Dastardly and Muttley” You must visit the other 10 racers’ caches in this series and write down the number on the back of the Photo Card. (Not the Number on the car!)

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE PHOTO CARD!

Remember where you found each number, as you will need that information to put the numbers in the right order. One of the 10 racers’ along the series has the information you need to put the coordinates in the right order to find Wacky Races, “Dastardly and Mutlley.” Once there you will be given coordinates to the “Trophy Cache.”

Good Luck and Drive Safely!
