m_and_w: Poor panda. They're going extinct around here! We stopped by the hide location and were completely amazed. The forest of bamboo that was here is totally and completely gone and replaced by a field of grass!

Geocache Description:

Our original Hungry Panda hide went muggled some miles away from here and ever since we've been looking for a better spot to put a replacement hide.

We found this Veteran's Memorial Park of Middletown Twp. by easychair - exploring via Google Earth. When we went out in "real life" to check it out we found the perfect new spot we had been looking for. In addition to geocaching, you will find a playground as well as basketball and tennis courts.

We hope you enjoy the hunt in this very interesting location. We did our best with the coords given the potential blockage. Please let us know how accurate they were. The original hide was placed in honor of the hungry panda, Lun Lun, who we saw at Zoo Atlanta. She was happily and hungrily munching and crunching the entire time we stood watching.
