24Adventure: The game of geocaching has, sadly, changed since we placed these sometimes-challenging caches. Patience for the search has apparently decreased and throw-down “replacement” caches have become common practice. After deciding to Archive our Copper Creek Caches, Mr.24Adventure went up to retrieve our containers. HE FOUND EVERY SINGLE ORIGINAL CONTAINER AT ITS POSTED COORDINATES!!! Throw-down “replacements” were also removed.

Geocache Description:


These caches are placed along the Copper Creek Recreational Trail, between Preston and Spragueville.  The trail is open from 6:00 am to 10:30 pm.

Some of these caches may not be winter friendly.  Some of these caches may require TOTT(s).

Be aware! Hunting is allowed in many Jackson County Conservation areas at certain times of the year.
