Just off hwy 8. The road is gated, so you will have to walk in to find the cache. This was so pretty awhile ago, but many people have been dropping fireworks, and shells here, that it is a bit messy.. Never the Less.. you are on a Quest!You are looking for 5 Caches! The first one to stay in place is an ammo box. The other 4 are tupperware containers.
Jewel is bar none the best dog that I have ever had. She is a black Lab/ Shephard mix, and so smart that she almost.. ALMOST makes me consider the reincarnation thing.
Anyway, On July 5, 2003 .. Jewel had 4 puppies. She was in Labor for 14 hours, but she brought forth 4 jet black beautiful geocaching dogs to be. To celebrate the first & last time she will ever have pups, we have placed An Ammo can which should stay put, but with that... 4 tupperware containers which each person that finds this cache, can take one and place it somewhere in the Olympia area, so Jewel can go hunting for her little Gem caches when she is ready to hit the road w/ us again.
There is a bit of a dog theme going in these caches, but it is not necessary to keep the theme. All I ask is when you place the little Gem Caches.. please include the name Jewel, or Gem.. so we know where they end up.
