CONGRATULATIONS goes out to drhaas and JMGully on their CO-FTF of this Cache.
Should be no problems with the terrain.. It's mostly a mowed grassy area, unless the snow is piled up deep, in the winter.. We do not recommend pets, wheelchairs, or children here, as the area is close to a well used highway.. There is a place to park at the entrance to the area, but there is NO need to go through the fence, as the cache is outside the fenced area.
The container is small and will hold some SWAG and some smaller TB's and/or GeoCoins.. It is a decon container so please make sure you "re-seal" the lid properly as it will leak rainwater into the contents...
