Geocache Description:

Can you find 26 caches in 26 consecutive days beginning with the letters A through Z alphabetically? The cache is at the posted coordinates but please thoroughly read description before logging.

The Challenge – You must successfully find and log a cache on 26 consecutive days, one for each letter of the alphabet. Oh wait, the challenge is that they have to be in alphabetical order. Only the first character of the cache name is used, as follows:

Cache – Arnold’s Exit can be used for “A”
Cache -- The Breakfast Club--January can be used for “T”

The following examples cannot be counted:

Cache -- "Where the Rubber meets the road" is not a valid cache
Cache-- $1.00 in Biddeford is not a valid cache
Cache—500th find celebration does not count towards the “F” as we are doing the alphabet and this is numeric

Note: You may NOT use caches you own.

In your log entry add your alphabetized list to your log. To document your successful completion of the challenge, you will need to create an alphabetized list of the 26 caches using the following format:

A – Cache Name – GC _______ Date Found
All the way to
Z – Cache Name – GC_______ Date Found

The Rules -- This one is meant to be a challenge. I completed this in the 26 days. So when you are out for a cache run, remember to grab your letter for the day. I’m not making a whole lot of rules, but, there are a few:

1. You may not count any cache that you have hidden or have ever owned.

2. You must complete this in 26 days and all cache finds must be in the same state. You can do all 26 days in Maine or all 26 days in whatever state you choose, just as long as they are all in the same state and on 26 consecutive days and in alphabetical order

3. All cache types qualify for a find.

The physical cache is located at the posted coordinates. Don't forget to sign the log. Due to the size of the cache container, I was not able to put the first to find prize in the container. Please contact me and I will get the first to find prize to you (LL Bean $10 gift card).
