South Hill Park contains a playground, lots of parking, wetlands,
many nature trails, and the Nathan Ross Chapman trail which
connects this park with the ball fields at Rogers High School and
Zeiger Elementary. I've seen deer, a racoon, and an osprey in this
park. This original owner of this cache once had an additional one
in this park called:
Triple F (Fritz Forest Find) which has long since been
archived. Back then "Gateway to Triple F" would have been your
first stop on the way to Triple F. There are currently several
caches within this park and if you follow the Nathan Ross Chapman
trail to its end, you can find several more caches near the ball
fields.

Puyallup's South Hill is one of the fastest growing areas of
Pierce County and the region. The area is well known for its strong
quality of life, great schools and safe neighborhoods. The South
Hill has seen a dramatic increase in retail, housing and business
over the past ten years, making it a magnet for young families. The
South Hill is situated between the southern city limits of Puyallup
to the Graham area, adjacent to State Route 512. It is home to Thun
Field Airport, many public golf courses, an excellent county
library, an amphitheater, a brand new YMCA, and numerous parks and
play fields. The South Hill, with a population of over 35,000
residents, is served by the Puyallup School District. Residents are
provided fire and emergency medical services by Central Pierce Fire
and Rescue and its five stations. Law enforcement services are
provided by the Pierce County Sheriff Department's East Precinct
located in the community.
