AnalogDog: This cache was removed as I am dropping out of caching, and its not all that great a cache location, just something that could take one.
The cache has been removed as of 2:30 pm today.

Basically its just a parking lot, and you could probably stop the car within 10' of the cache. If you do, I would shut off the motor and use the emergency blinkers. But this is a popular destination, and parking can be at a premium. I know. I come here often, and usually 10 minutes is spent in the middle of the day to park.
The name is about the location of these outdoor appliances: a fence across the lake view, and a parking lot to the other side. Really makes you want to hang around, no?
Definately kid friendly if you leave them in the car. If they start to squawk, you should be getting back in the car. Its not that hard.
