Second cache in the Highwayman series.
Designed as a series of caches to rob you of your trackables on highway routes, the Highwayman series welcomes a new member in Thunderbolt's Rock (I know, it's a tenuous link, but it was the best bushranger I could think of with a link to Rocky...). Captain Thunderbolt (aka Frederick Ward) was a bushranger around the Uralla district of New South Wales. Perhaps his most recognisable legacy is the large rock on the road between Uralla and Tamworth, which Thunderbolt would use as a vantage to detect mail coaches.
The only inhabitant of the cache at it's inception was a TB that needed to get to Rocky, however it is envisioned that bugs needing to get west via Emerald might use this cache as a hotel on their way.
