After recently finding the Fraygirls' Diamond Mine, we took this micro cache to hide on our own. We have hidden it in our hometown, our little diamond. Depending on the direction you are traveling in, you may have to turn around through the 4-lane median in order to get to the right side of the road. There is parking in front of some local shops. Though this cache is on the outskirts of town, we invite you to come on into town and visit Our Little Diamond while you're here.
Keeping with our Andy Griffith Show theme, this hide is a tribute to that crazy mountaineer, Ernest T. Bass. Boy, would he like to get his hands on this!
The cache is a small half inch container. There is a log only - bring your own pen. Please place the cache back exactly as you found it. Happy Hunting!
***It may help to Google "Ernest T. Bass" for those not familiar with the character or Andy Griffith Show. This can be a tough hide if you are not a fan!! Look to see what Ernest claims to be the best at.
