Third in a series of caches around False Creek, Vancouver.
This is an "almost virtual" cache. Although there is no cache container there IS an object upon which there is a number appropriate to this cache. Try not to attract the attention of those working in this area. For those night cachers among you, I think there's a night watchmen at least occasionally on duty nearby.

An extra challenge is to make up a short story about this object and how it got here (still without identifying it for cachers to come).
