Once you arrive at the trail entrance by turning left down a slightly overgrown paved road you will know you are there by a strip of orange engineering tape hanging from a tree branch to your right. As you approach the cache you will notice a large direction arrow dug into the ground which points to a large swastika approximately 20'X 20' dug into the ground. The cache is located nearby. The story goes that the swastika was dug out by German POW's that were being held at nearby Cp. Shelby. The directional arrow and swastika were to be filled with gas and set a light to guide the German bombers to where the POWs were being held. Kinda like Nazi Hogan's Heroes I guess. Cache contains mostly kid related items.
