the end of the trail or maybe not?

October 25 by dbir (1027 found) I somehow got off the trail to this one and didn't realize my mistake until past it. So I came around and approached from the back door (wrong!). After that little mistake, and after not being able to easily spot a trail to the next cache, decided this would make a good turn-around point. This was my first hike up Ladyface Mountain. It provided me more pleasure and less work than I had expected. My thanks to everyone who has hidden caches all along the way (and especially for God's Eye View, which is what got me up here).
[view this log] | January 25 by cahikerchick (1538 found) My 3rd trip up Ladyface...this time to capture the geocaches on this awesome trail. I forgot how steep it really is! TFTC.
[view this log] | January 25 by VCTrails (1687 found) There was a break in the weather today so we decided to hike up Ladyface. This was the first time for me. The weather turned out to be perfect, mostly sunny but cool. It's a spectacular trail and has great views. It seems that most people stop at God's Eye View, but we knew from the line of caches that it continues to the west. We found the way pretty easily - thanks for guiding us! . Found the cache after a couple of minutes - TFTC!
[view this log] | December 10, 2008 by GWRoss (1939 found) At at BURT'S EYE VIEW, when I turned my GPSr back on, I spotted the cache immediately when my GPSr chimed that I was arriving. This time, I spotted it before my GPSr even had time to figure out I was at the cache! Thanks for the cache!
[view this log] | September 26, 2008 by the chick (1740 found) Tru and I played hookey to do a little hiking this morning, karma bit us in the butt by giving us VERY hot weather for this hike. I think about this time of the hike, I was thinking work seemed like a better place to be, air conditioning, cold water to drink, but none the less, we grabbed the cache and kept moving on! thanks!!!
