Complesso residenziale (continuare lungo la strada dopo il cache) probabilmente nato negli anni settanta quando ai Piani del Tivano sono stati costruiti degli impianti sciistici. Pensavo forse ormai abbandonato invece è ancora frequentato e abbastanza ben tenuto. (non ho trovato altre informazioni)
Salendo invece da dietro, superata la sbarra vicino al cache e continuando poi più su sulla stradina a sinistra, si possono notare altre ville immerse nel verde.

I thought maybe now abandoned instead is still popular and fairly well maintained. (I have not found other information) Going up from behind, passed the bar next to the cache and then continue further up the road on the left, you can see other villas surrounded by greenery.
