A few weeks ago, I noticed more activity being done to the Oak Leaf Trail in Franklin. When you approach this cache you will be able to see why.
I also couldn't help but notice the 'For Sale' sign on the piece of land to the west. What will this area look like in the coming years? Hence the name. What do you think will built here?
The cache you are seeking is a medium-sized Rubbermaid container, right off the bike path. There is no need to get close to the river. Please hide the cache as best you can and watch out for muggles. Bring a friend to use as a diversion!
