A small cache at the Maryland House Rest Stop in Harford County, MD.
This is version 4 of the fifth in a series of caches at the Maryland House Rest Stop. Version 1 got muggled in Sep 2009. Version 2 disappeared in May 2010. So, Version 3 was closed out with the closing of the Maryland House. With the Maryland House reopening, I now have out Version 4. The previous four caches in this series are in the woods in this paradise between the lanes of I-95. It is located a little further away from muggle infested areas--hopefully it will last longer as a result. If you have previously found Versions 1, 2, or 3 your are welcomed to register a find with Version 4. UPDATE (14 Sep 2009): You do not have to take anything apart to find the cache. UPDATE (26 Sep 2009): Version 1 of this cache disappeared, so now Version 2 is up and running. Version 2 is located a short distant from the location of Version 1. Since this is a new container and location, anyone who found Version 1 is welcomed to come look for Version 2 and log in a new find. UPDATE (5 Jul 2010): Version 3 is up and running. UPDATE (18 Jan 2014): Version 4 is up and running with reopening of the Maryland House. UPDATE (3 Sep 2021): Version 4.1 has gone missing, so I have put out a new container (Ver. 5.0) at a slightly different location. So, anyone who has previously found versions 1 to 4 is welcomed to log a find with Ver. 5.0. This new version is a little easier to find, and it is more of a cache and dash than its predecessor. However, it is a little more exposed to the prying eyes of muggles--some stealth is needed.
Update (20 Dec 22): Version 5.o got taken out by a tractor trailer (from the looks of the damage around the GZ). So, Version 6.0 is up and running at a slightly different location--hopefully safer. Also, it is further away from prying eyes.
