Greetings!
This cache has been placed with permission of the church. Many
people think this cemetery has always been part of the Salem
E&R Church.
Until a few years ago it was not and was maintained by an
independent organization. After this group struggled to keep the
work and weeds under control it was purchased by the church and is
now maintained solely by volunteers.
The 4.35 acre property included the cemetery, large open field
and the pasture and farm sheds.
The animals in the field are owned by a family that attends
church here. They are often entered in 4-H shows and fairs and are
quite friendly and inquisitive.
It is highly recommended that you seek this cache only during
daylight hours only.
The stream is normally quite low to non-existent where the cache
is located but it may increase to steadily flowing during times of
significant rainfall.
Park in the back corner of the church lot and follow your
geo-senses and GPSr to its hiding spot. Please insure that the
cache is reasonably covered when you leave.
While you are here you can also do two other caches: SEPTEMBER
11th 1777 (GC4323) and TRIBUTE TO THE NANTICOKES (GC432D) are two
part virtuals that both start nearby.
Enjoy this part of Reamstown PA USA Sincerely, PULASKI
