Geocache Description:

Astoria # 1 is a nice bit of history in the union town area of Astoria. Possible to park within 100 feet of cache

the cache is a plastic 35mm film canister with a log book and a sharks tooth and some coins. there are many areas to park to access this cache site. The monument here is a tribute to the men of Clatsop county Oregon who fought in WWI.
