***Please note - I have been advised that part of the area is owned by the MOD and so I add the following :- Please Note: This is a Military Training Area to which Public access is open at all times but which can involve the use of Pyrotechnics. One of the safety rules for public access is:- " Do not, (and ensure that children do not) approach, touch or pick up any metal objects lying on the ground. Please adhere to all Byelaws."

MOD Managed Access Areas are Military Training Areas to which Access is open at all times, but where Military Training takes place that might involve the use of Pyrotechnics. The areas come under military byelaws at all times. One of the safety rules for public access is
Adhere at all times to instructions and to the Byelaws covering the area. Do not, (and ensure that children do not) approach, touch or pick up any metal objects lying on the ground.

This being said I have not seen signs in this particular part of the wood, It is National Trust woodland and the cache has been placed accordingly - however care should still be taken.

In addition to the above - it should be noted that this being NT woodland which the MoD has managed access - this cache does not require removing as per the instructions given to GAGB on 24th August 2013 regarding the removal of all caches on MoD owned land
