Short, easy hike. Great for kids! Will require a few steps off paved trail for first waypoint marker. Final cache can be found while still on the path.
Early in our caching days, we were really stumped by a cache on a "pier" in Seattle. The "pressure" to find it was almost overwhelming. We visited it several times, alone and with other caching friends, and just couldn't seem to find the cache. Finally, almost accidentally, we found it. How ingenius it was! We just had to hide one in a similar manner. So when we saw this little park, we knew it was our opportunity! Don't just look for this cache; "reach out and TOUCH" to find it.
Cache is simply a rolled up log book tucked inside of a bright, flourescent orange, waterproof match cylinder which one would use on a backpack trip. You can't miss it! BRING YOUR OWN PEN!
